NWA Therapy

NWA Therapy is the private practice of Chantal Carter, Licensed Certified Social Worker, Licensed Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor, and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.  Chantal has been in her career as a social worker since May 2005, and opened this practice in August 2010.  She started the NWA Eating Disorder Professionals in October 2016 to allow for networking, exchange of information, and to promote that patients with eating disorders get quality care in the Northwest Arkansas area.

 NWA Therapy is recognized as an Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP) by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC).  This means all our events are NBCC approved!  All our webinars are live interactive webinars, which means they typically count as in person events towards continuing education hours.

NWA Therapy expanded into a group practice in 2018 and now is able to serve individuals as young as four years old, adolescents, and adults.  Treatment concerns that can be addressed at NWA Therapy include but are not limited to anxiety, eating disorders, behavior problems, communication problems, stress, life transitions, identity, and trauma.   Check our website for more general information including bios for our team, and follow the on social media for announcements and event ticket giveaways!
